"true cabaret ... cleverly-paced entertainment ... Patricia is in complete
control of her material and her audience" BUXTON FESTIVAL FRINGE
Patricia writes scripts and lyrics for her own performance, often combining the comic and the surreal with the very dark. She is in her element with a live audience and live piano accompaniment and appears in diverse stage and cabaret venues - from large or small theatres, to intimate or unusual spaces.
She occasionally works with other writers and actors, and regularly appears at the Edinburgh, Buxton, Greater Manchester and Brighton Fringe Festivals. In the north of England, Patricia has worked many times with pianists Clare Johnson, John Miles and Peter Dobson. Now based in the south-east, she's currently performing with pianist Robert Connelly, first appearing with him in 2018 in her darkly comic and surreal cabaret DARK DEEDS. 2022 saw them working on songs for GIRLS WHO WEAR GLASSES, which Patricia then took to Brighton and Manchester. |
